We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us by phone at +95 (0) 977 044 5000, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
If your return is accepted, a Common Health customer service representative will provide information on where the return should be sent, or whether a member of the Common Health team will pick up the package.. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide your benefit under the Common Health Quality Guarantee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including the following: insulins or other refrigerated products; products due to expire within six (6) months; products provided at a special price, as samples, or on a promotional basis; products that have the appearance of being used; or products that were damaged after receipt from Common Health.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
